**A deposit of R$500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

3. We are not responsible for belongings left in the apartment or on the Building's premises, but if found, we will be happy to return them.
4. Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
5. Respect check-in and check-out times, which may be flexible and agreed in advance. If the guest checks out later than the stipulated and agreed time, a fee corresponding to half a day's stay for the period will be charged.
6. Failure to comply with the rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Condominium's Internal Regulations.
