**Water and electricity consumption is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after checkout (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

The suites are arranged as follows:

Suite 1 (Superior): 1 queen bed, balcony overlooking the pool and river, air conditioning, curtain, black out, closets and jacuzzi.

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, air conditioning, curtain, black out, closets and jacuzzi.

Suite 3 (Ground floor): 1 double bed, desk and chair, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closets.

Suite 4 (Superior): 2 single beds, balcony, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closets.

Suite 5 (Superior): 2 single beds, balcony, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closets.

Guests will have full access to the accommodation facilities, as well as the condominium.

Considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the Bahian coast, it is approximately 9 kilometers long. Its pleasant climate makes this beach a great option for all audiences. Surrounded by large coconut trees, its landscape enchants its visitors, especially during sunset. It has some infrastructure, with some stalls offering snacks and drinks.
