Excellent high standard house, located in the Praia Bella condominium, with excellent security and infrastructure in Praia do Forte.

My space is newly built and furnished, with modern decor! It has 6 suites (2 on the ground floor) all with split air conditioning, cozy living room integrated with the kitchen (which is also super equipped) and gourmet balcony with barbecue. In addition, it has an excellent outdoor area with a wonderful swimming pool, table football and garden.


We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Water, energy and gas consumption is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

A casa dos sonhos! Exatamente como nas fotos, a casa é nova, ampla, alto astral, super bem decorada e equipada, limpeza impecável e com um espaço comum com piscina, hidromassagem e churrasqueira perfeito para aproveitar com amigos. Destaque para a diarista Livia e as cozinheiras Peu e Ruth que, além de super queridas, tornaram a experiência em uma vida de novela, com café da manhã e mesa posta dignos de Manoel Carlos! Única sugestão é vá de carro ou encontre táxis de confiança, pois o condomínio não facilita a circulação de motoristas não cadastrados. O proprietário e a equipe de anfitriões nos ajudaram muito, passando dicas e contatos. Por fim, essa experiência subiu a barra e agora ficamos com vontade de voltar todo ano!

Casa nova, decoração excelente, tudo limpo, arrumado e de ótimo gosto. A casa encontra-se em um amplo condominio com bastabte segurança. Excelentes diaristas deixando a estadia ainda mais agradável. O anfitrião é muito cordial e gentil, sempre nos ajudando com qualquer dúvida. Tive uma ótima estadia, recomendo a todos.
