Excellent high standard house, located in the Ilha dos Pássaros Condominium, in Praia do Forte, with complete security and infrastructure!

My space has 5 suites (1 ground floor), all air-conditioned and with TV. In addition, it has a large living room overlooking the pool and a full kitchen. The outdoor area, which is the highlight of my property, has a beautiful swimming pool, gourmet area equipped with barbecue, umbrellas, sun loungers.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$2,000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

*Note: The maximum occupancy of the house is 10 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old.

The Condominium has 2 (two) swimming pools, tennis court, soccer field, lots of green area (Atlantic Forest reserve) and 24 hour doorman. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday to access the village and beach. Hours according to availability.

The outside area of the house is undoubtedly the best part, being equipped with a swimming pool, dining furniture and a green area in direct contact with nature.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest on the beautiful beaches and pool in my space. In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strong point of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has the balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
