*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Water and electricity consumption will be charged at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled).

The suites are arranged as follows:

Suite 1 (Ground Floor): 1 queen bed, 2 single mattresses, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and a wardrobe.

Suite 2 (Upper Floor): 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, balcony, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and a wardrobe.

Suite 3 (Upper Floor): 1 double bed, 3 single mattresses, balcony, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and a wardrobe.

Suite 4 (Upper Floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and a wardrobe.

The Condominium has 2 (two) swimming pools, tennis court, football field, lots of green area (Atlantic Forest reserve) and 24-hour concierge. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Times according to availability.

The outdoor area of ​​the house is undoubtedly the best part, being equipped with a swimming pool, dining furniture and a green area in direct contact with nature.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and swimming pool in my space. Furthermore, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strength of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
