Suite 2 (Superior): 1 queen bed, balcony, air conditioning, curtain, black out and clothes rack.

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 queen bed, air conditioning, curtain, black out and clothes rack.

Suite 4 (Ground floor): 2 double beds, balcony, air conditioning, curtain, black out and clothes rack.

In addition to everything the condominium offers (total infrastructure, swimming pool, gourmet lounge, kids space, party room, game room, children's parking lot and sports quads), it also has private access to the beach, at a distance of approximately 5 minutes on foot.

*For use in the party room, tax payment is required.
