*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. Reservations over 30 nights will be charged for consumption;

***It is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of R$ 2500,00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 5 working days after check-out;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 5 (Superior): 1 queen bed, balcony, air conditioning, curtains, blackout and closet.

***External room/dependency***: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning and closet.

Situated between the sea with its crystalline pools and the calm of the Timeantube lagoon, a privileged place, with historical and cultural attractions such as the Garcia D'Ávila Castle, the Tamar Project and the Baleia Jubarte Institute, complemented by the bohemia of the charming village, the practical sports on one of its beautiful beaches or an adventure trail through the Sapiranga Reserve. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and the hustle and bustle of the village.
