**Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 1 (Superior): 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, balcony, TV, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, TV, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 queen bed, 1 single mattress, TV, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.

Suite 4 (Superior): 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, TV, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.

Suite 5 (Ground floor): 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, TV, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.

In addition to everything the condominium offers (total infrastructure, swimming pool, gourmet lounge, kids space, gym, ballroom, games room, playground, gym and sports courts), it also has private access to the beach, at a distance of approximately 5min on foot.

*To use the party room, a fee is required.

It is worth noting that Sauípe has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia.
