*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay;

**Water and electricity usage charges are billed at the end of the stay;

***A security deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit amount is doubled);

****Photo ID documents for all guests must be submitted for registration and access clearance at the gate/property. Upon arrival at the gated community, facial registration with the administration office is required;

*******We do not allow guest changes during the stay, even if the total number of people remains within the property's permitted capacity.

Suite 4 (upper floor): 1 Double bed, 1 single bed with trundle, TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and closets;

Suite 5 (upper floor): 1 Double bed, 1 single bed with trundle, air conditioning, TV, curtains, blackout blinds, closets, and balcony;

Suite 6 (upper floor): 1 Queen-size bed, air conditioning, TV, curtains, blackout blinds, closets, and balcony;

Suite 7 (ground floor): 1 Double bed, 1 single bed with trundle, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and closet;

Suite 8 Staff Quarters (ground floor): 1 Single bed, 1 single bed with trundle, air conditioning, Venetian blinds, blackout blinds, and closets;
