**Water and electricity fees are charged according to consumption at the end of the stay. We ask that guests take photos of the meters upon arrival and departure and send them to us for record;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
