The apartment is incredible. The property has 4 beautiful and cozy air-conditioned suites, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for your stay, and a large and airy living room. The property also has a beautiful and airy balcony.

To use the barbecue, you need to rent it.

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate.

***A deposit of R$1,500.00 is required. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

****All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.
