Excellent 8-suite house with capacity for 18 people, located in the Aldeia dos Pescadores Condominium in Praia do Forte, with private access to the beach and just 300m from the sea.

The space consists of 2 houses integrated on the same land, with a total of 08 suites, all with digital TV and split air conditioning, 2 living rooms with TVs, 2 full kitchens and balconies with a view of the green area. It also has a gourmet area with barbecue and swimming pool.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge a light fee for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge water and energy;

***A deposit of R$1500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 queen-size bed, TV and Split-type air conditioning;

Suite 2 (upper): 2 single beds, Split type air conditioning and TV;

Suite 3 (upper): 1 double bed, 2 single beds + 2 extra mattresses, TV, ceiling fan and Split-type air conditioning.

*House 02:

Suite 4 (ground floor): 1 queen-size bed, TV and Split-type air conditioning;

Suite 5 (ground floor): 1 double bed + 1 single bed, Split type air conditioning, ceiling fan and a Smart TV;

Suite 6 (upper): 1 queen-size bed, 1 Smart TV and Split-type air conditioning;

Suite 7 (upper): 1 queen-size bed, Split-type air conditioning and TV;

Suite 8 (upper): 1 double bed, Split air conditioning and Smart TV.

Praia do forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and also in the condominium pool. The condominium has a 24-hour concierge and private access to the beach.
