*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us.*

**Water and electricity usage is charged based on actual consumption at the end of the stay; we ask guests to take photos of the meters upon arrival and departure and send them to us for our records.*

***A security deposit of R$ 2,500.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after checkout (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit amount is doubled);

****You must submit identification documents for all guests for registration and access clearance at the security gate/property.

*******We do not allow guest substitutions during the stay, even if the total number of people remains within the property's permitted capacity.

******Energy and water meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption and subsequent charges. Energy consumption is calculated at a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used. Suite 2 (Upper Floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed + trundle bed, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and closets.
