Water and gas costs are included in the rate. We ask guests to take photos of the utility meters upon arrival and departure and send them to us for our records.*

**A security deposit of R$ 1,500.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit amount is doubled);
