A wonderful apartment right on the beach, consisting of 3 beautiful, comfortable, air-conditioned suites, a beautifully decorated living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary items and a beautiful furnished balcony.

We take great care of the apartment, aiming to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*The condominium requires guests to wear a wristband to monitor their stay throughout their stay;

**We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

***We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;

****A security deposit of R$900.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

*****All guests must submit identification documents for registration and release at the front desk/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 queen bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, curtain, black out, closet and balcony.

Suite 3 (Superior): 2 single beds, air conditioning, curtain, black out, closet and balcony

Our guests will have access to the entire apartment space and condominium amenities without restrictions.

The property is an excellent place for those who value comfort, privacy, calm and contact with nature. The distance to the village of Praia do Forte is just 5 minutes walking.

The condominium consists of only 44 units and has an exceptional structure: Maid service twice a week (booking required at reception), 24-hour security, 2 swimming pools (adult and children), swim-up bar, playground, Wi-Fi and direct contact with nature. Inside the condominium there is a private restaurant that is open on weekends and holidays serving breakfast and lunch as well as beers and cocktails by the pool or in the unit itself.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest on the beautiful beaches. Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 59.6 km.
