**A security deposit of R$ 900.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of reservation confirmation, and the deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount is doubled);

The bedrooms are laid out as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, TV, curtains, blackout blinds, closets, and a balcony;

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed (sleeps two), air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and a closet;

Note: Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom.
