**A security deposit of R$ 900.00 is required; this must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after checkout (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit amount is doubled);

***We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of up to 30 kWh. Any usage exceeding this amount will be charged at checkout. Water and gas are included in the rate.

****You must submit identification documents for all guests for registration and building/property access clearance;

*******We do not allow guest changes during the stay, even if the total number of people remains within the property's permitted capacity.
