***A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation, and the deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after checkout (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit amount is doubled);

*****You will need to submit identification documents for all guests for registration and access clearance at the building entrance/property.

*******We do not allow guest substitutions during the stay, even if the total number of people remains within the property's permitted capacity.

Suite 4 (upper floor): 1 queen-size bed, split-system air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, and a balcony;

Guests will have full access to the previously agreed accommodation facilities, as well as the condominium.
