**A deposit of R$ 500,00 is required, which must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be returned within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

***We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate.

****All guests must submit their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

Suite 3 (superior): Split air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, 2 single beds with extra beds each.

Guests will have full access to the property and condominium facilities.
