***A security deposit of R$700.00 is required. It must be paid via bank transfer within up to 7 days after the booking, and the refund will be made within up to 7 business days after check-out;

****It is necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the entrance/property. We take care of the apartment with great attention and care to provide you with the highest comfort and the best possible stay.

The Studio is composed as follows:

1 double bed, single sofa bed, split air conditioning, and smart TV.

Located between the neighborhoods of Stiep, Pituba, and Jardim Armação, Costa Azul is predominantly residential and is very close to Salvador's waterfront. The neighborhood's landscape features buildings and houses that provide access to the city’s main commercial and leisure spots. It includes the Thales de Azevedo State Library and, in terms of education, hosts three public schools along with several private high schools and universities.
