The apartment has 1 air-conditioned suite, living room with smart TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils and balcony overlooking the beach. In addition, the building offers a swimming pool overlooking the sea, hydro gym, sauna and electric barbecue.


We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;

***It is necessary to pay a deposit of R$500.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 7 working days after check-out;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.


The composition of the rooms is as follows:

- Suite 1: 1 Queen bed, split type air conditioning, closets and beach view.

In addition, we have a sofa bed in the living room.

The unit is in a great location, especially for tourists. Close to several restaurants, bakeries and private access to beach was great. Condominium had several great amenities as well. Unit was as depicted. I am very grateful for how flexible and accommodating they ultimately were, however, some communication on special requests was a bit delayed. Overall, very responsive host though. Huge plus was a washer dryer in the unit! The unit itself does need a bit of TLC. It appears to have sustained some sort of water damage with warped wood all along some of the bottom part of the doors. Our respiratory became a bit irritated towards the end of the stay. Overall, I would recommend to future guests.

Ótima estadia, bem localizado, tem tudo perto! Pessoal que trabalha na portaria são super atenciosos e também forneceram instruções precisas sobre o condomínio. O apartamento é muito bom, da pra se sentir em casa, e tem todos os utensílios, só peca pelo fato de o ar-condicionado ser somente no quarto, a sala fica bem quente. A piscina é ótima, o acesso à praia que é praticamente privada também é ótimo. Se for a praia do condomínio, recomendamos os serviços do Blue Praia Bar e não da barraquinha. Se optar pelos serviços da barraquinha, combine os preços previamente. A caminhada até o McDonald’s e ao mercado é bem tranquilo bem como as restaurantes do rio vermelho, casa de Tereza, acarajé da dinha e também a casa de Iemanjá.

Olá Felipe minha filha já tinha hospedado com vcs e nos indicou. Gostamos muito do ap , bem decorado, espaçoso e estava bem limpo. O local já conhecíamos e acho perfeito pois tem tudo perto e excelentes restaurantes.Os funcionários do prédio são muito atenciosos e educados. Voltaremos mais vezes com certeza. Só uma observação as janelas estão precisando de manutenção para melhorar o funcionamento. Obrigada por nos receber em seu espaço.

Lugar simplesmente encantador! É possível dormir e acordar com o som do mar que está em frente a janela. Espaço amplo da piscina, permite almoços no jardim e passagem direta para a praia que não é muito movimentada durante a semana, proporcionando uma atmosfera muito agradável e tranquila. A decoração minimalista é bela e com todos equipamentos de cozinha necessários para os dias. Localização ótima, próxima a mercado e comércios, além de ficar poucos metros do 'point' do Rio Vermelho. Staff muito atencioso e segurança 24h. Com certeza, um local para voltar! Recomendadíssimo!

L'appartement est pratique et bien agencé, pour teletravailler c'est une bonne option à Salvador. Le quartier est tout proche de Rio Vermelho, sans l'inconvénient du bruit.

Exactly matched our expectations. Was the PERFECT location on a peaceful dead end road. The condo over looked the ocean with open windows. Very clean and bright. Comfy bed. Nice amenities. And great communication and response time from the hosts. We stayed for a month and didn’t want to leave! Would definitely stay again.
