Beautiful Bungalow style house, located in Condomínio Varandas do Mar, with excellent infrastructure and private access to the beach!
The space is fully furnished! It has a living room with Smart TV, a full kitchen and 2 suites. In addition, it has a barbecue and a great balcony to relax.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and balcony;
Suite 2: 1 double bunk bed with single, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and balcony.
You will be able to enjoy all the amenities that the condominium provides, we highlight the pool area with a wonderful Gourmet space equipped with a covered barbecue, ideal for enjoying a beautiful sunny day!
Located between Guarajuba and Praia do Forte, the accommodation is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast of Bahia, known as Itacimirim.
Praia de Itacimirim is part of the itinerary of beaches on the north coast of Bahia that offers calm and warm waters that meet the Pojuca River, providing a stunning landscape to connect with nature and renew energy.
Distance to Salvador International Airport is 54.5 km.

1. We expect our guests to respect the rules and take good care of the house.
2. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.
3. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house or on the premises of the condominium, however, if found, we will be happy to return them.
4. No smoking inside the house. Only allowed in the external areas of the condominium.
5. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.
6. Respect the Condominium rules. Failure to comply with these, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.
**The supply of bed linen and towels is counted before and after the stay of our guests. Please, if you have taken a part by mistake, let us know for a return.**

A casa é muito boa e bem equipada, localização excelente em frente a praia, totalmente pé na areia, da p curtir a praia e depois a piscina do condomínio que é muito boa, condomínio tranquilo, sem zoada, sem bagunça, p quem gosta de paz e sossego como eu

O bangalô é bastante aconchegante
A casa é bastante aconchegante, mas o melhor da estadia é que toda área interna da casa é climatizada.
A acomodação foi muito boa, eu e minha família nos sentimos em casa, apesar do controle da televisão não funcionar.
O único inconveniente a sido uma situação de desconforto com uma das atendentes da imobiliária YALOG (via WhatsApp) que ficou me pressionando para mandar os cpfs dos meus pais no mesmo momento, onde os mesmos não atendiam pois estavam em suas atividades diárias. A atendente dizia que em 30 minutos iria fechar a administração e que eles não iam poder entrar no dia seguinte na data da reserva porque era feriado e a mesma não abriria. Eu estava em atendimento no consultório lhe expliquei que assim que tivesse resposta lhe dava retorno mas, ainda assim a mulher não parava de me escrever mesmo tendo uma comunicação clara com ela, passado nomes e cpfs meu e do meu esposo e caução paga.
Conclusão: Não gostei nada do seu comportamento, pois poderia ter entrado em contato comigo pela manhã e não deixar para fazê-lo a ultima hora, pois não somos desocupados e temos muitas atividades diárias, causando um estresse enorme ao invés de trazer leveza.
Os funcionários do condomínio são muito prestativos.
