We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge water and energy.

***A deposit of R$1000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning and closet;

Suite 2 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning and closet;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, closet and view.

Suite 4 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, split air conditioning, closet, TV and view.

The Casas de Sauípe condominium has a swimming pool, kiosks for meals, sports courts, children's playground, swimming pool, sauna, bike path, gym and private access to the beach. It is noteworthy that Sauípe has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia and the distance from my accommodation to the sea is only 800m.

The distance from the International Airport of Salvador - Luís Eduardo Magalhães to the Condominium is 83.4 km.
