2. Respect the Condominium rules. Failure to comply with these, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Condominium's Internal Regulations.

3. We are not responsible for belongings left in the apartment or on the condominium premises, but if found, we will be happy to return them.

4. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Only allowed in external areas.

5. Respect check-in and check-out times, which may be flexible and agreed in advance. If the guest checks out later than the stipulated and agreed time, a fee corresponding to half a day's stay for the period will be charged.

6. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.
