***A deposit of R$1,000.00 is required. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

****All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

Located in Guarajuba, where it has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia and which recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized ecological labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment. For this achievement, the beaches went through a long process of prerequisites that lasted more than 1 year, from water quality assessment to environmental management.

2. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

3. We are not responsible for belongings left in the village or on the premises of the condominium, however, if found, we will be happy to return them.

4. No smoking inside the apartment. Only allowed in outdoor areas.

5. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.

6. Respect the Condominium rules.

7. Failure to comply with this and other rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.
