Strategically located in the Aldeia dos Coqueiros condominium, the space has a large green area, garden and 24-hour concierge.

The property has a cozy living room, all suites are furnished and have a balcony, a kitchen with all the items necessary for your stay, a wonderful gourmet area with a private pool and easy access to the beach.

We maintain the apartment with great care and attention to detail, aiming to provide you with the utmost comfort and the best possible stay.

Daily housekeepizng service is included in the reservation. Available Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. On Saturdays, the service lasts 4 hours.

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay;

**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of up to 30 kWh. If consumption exceeds this amount, the surplus will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are included in the rate;

***A security deposit of R$ 2,500.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of reservation confirmation, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount is doubled);

****You must submit identification documents for all guests for registration and entry authorization at the building entrance/property.

*******We do not allow guest substitutions during the stay, even if the total number of people remains within the property's permitted capacity.

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Suite 1 (Ground Floor): Split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, balcony, 1 queen bed;

Suite 2 (Ground Floor): TV, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, balcony, 1 double bed and 1 single bed;

Suite 3 (Upper Floor): TV, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, balcony, mini-fridge, 1 queen bed, 2 armchairs, 1 sofa.

Suite 4 (Upper Floor): Split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, balcony, 1 king bed with a single trundle bed;

Suite 5 (Upper Floor): Split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, balcony, 2 single beds (convertible into 1 double bed) and a trundle bed;

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to get in touch with nature and relax on the beaches and swimming pool in my space. Furthermore, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strength of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.

The property is 1.2 km from the Tamar Project, 1.0 km from the Klaus Peters Municipal Natural Park. Sabor da Vila, Souza Bar & Restaurante can also be found a 5-minute drive away.
