Located in Residencial Mário Quintana on the 8th floor, 550m from Porto da Barra Beach, my space consists of 1 air-conditioned suite, Wi-fi, Smart TV, living room, integrated kitchen and balcony overlooking the city.
The Barra neighborhood is where the main events in Salvador take place and its beaches are considered one of the most beautiful urban beaches in Brazil!
We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;
***A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
The composition of the room is as follows:
Suite: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and balcony with a view.

Guests will have access to the entire site and everything the building has to offer in terms of infrastructure. It has a swimming pool, gym and concierge.
Located in the neighborhood of Barra, one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Salvador, close to the Carnival circuit and the most beautiful urban beach in Salvador, Porto da Barra. Also close to Farol da Barra, where the sunset is a spectacle on its own, with even a round of applause!
The neighborhood is, without a doubt, the best to enjoy what Salvador has to offer! In it, in addition to the beach and the proximity to places of tourist interest, it also has markets, pharmacies, shopping, hospital and the best, without the need to use vehicles.

1. We expect our guests to respect the rules and take good care of the property.
2. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation and we do not allow visitors.
3. We are not responsible for belongings left in the apartment or on the premises of the Building, however if found, we will be happy to return them.
4. No smoking inside the property. Only allowed in outdoor areas.
5. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.
6. Failure to comply with the rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.
**The supply of bed linen and towels is counted before and after the stay of our guests. Please, if you have taken a part by mistake, let us know for a return.**

O imóvel é novo, funcional, equipado com conveniências básicas.
Destaque: a existência de dois banheiros é mão na roda para quem viaja acompanhado, com família ou amigos.
A localização é perfeita: a três quadras da praia, perto de farmácias e supermercados.
O atendimento do anfitrião e dos administradores é rápido, eficiente e cortês.
Apenas uma sugestão: seria interessante ter um pequeno armário na cozinha ou na sala para guardar as compras.

Localização ótima para estar perto dos principais pontos da Barra, mas também em rua tranquila. O apartamento é bem espaçoso, a cozinha possui equipamentos básicos que servem bem para preparar refeições. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi rápida e eficiente.

Adoramos o espaço e a localização. Ficamos 10 dias no apartamento e tínhamos tudo que precisávamos! A comunicação foi fácil e rápida. O local é perto da praia da Barra, excelente para turistas.

O apartamento foi uma ótima escolha para nossa estadia. O check in foi muito simples, e os funcionários do prédio sempre muito simpáticos. Quando chegamos um dos chuveiros estava queimado, mas entramos em contato e os anfitriões contrararam um eletricista imediatamente. O sofá é maravilhoso, e a cozinha tinha tudo que precisei. O apto tem garagem e é perto de tudo (tem uma padaria do lado, uma farmácia na frente, um Hiperideal perto e uma Selfit a 100m). A única observação que tenho a fazer é que a cama era meio desconfortável, e o banheiro pequeno (como são todos os prédios novos com apartamentos desse tamanho). No geral, valeu muito o preço pago. Me hospedaria lá novamente com toda certeza.
