***A security deposit of R$ 3,500.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after reservation confirmation, and the refund will be processed within up to 7 business days after check-out (for New Year’s reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

For electricity, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa’s summer season table.
