Wonderful apartment, charmingly decorated and welcoming! With a suite and two comfortable bedrooms, as well as a living room, both air-conditioned, wi-fi and a full kitchen. Strategically located in the Quinta das Lagoas Reserva Condominium, in Itacimirim, which offers an incredible swimming pool, volleyball court and football field and 24-hour concierge.
We take care of the apartment with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate.;
***A deposit of R$1000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled).
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, ceiling fan, split air conditioning, balcony with access to the garden, closet.
Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 queen bed, balcony with access to the garden, ceiling fan, closet, blackout curtain, split air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 (ground floor): 1 triliche, closet, blackout curtain, fan, split air conditioning.

2. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.
3. We are not responsible for belongings left in the property or on the condominium premises, but if found, we will be happy to return them.
4. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Only permitted in external areas of the condominium.
5. Respect check-in and check-out times, which may be flexible and agreed in advance. If the guest checks out later than the stipulated and agreed time, a fee corresponding to half a day's stay for the period will be charged.
6. Respect the Condominium rules. Failure to comply with these, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Condominium's Internal Regulations.
**The provision of bed and bath linen is accounted for before and after our guests' stay. Please, if you took a piece by mistake, let us know so it can be returned.**
