***Water and electricity consumption is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

****It is necessary to pay a deposit of R$ 2,500.00. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with many bars and restaurants, is a major draw of the location. All these attractions make my property an excellent choice to suit different tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
