The living area has everything you need to create excellent memories with your family: a swimming pool with jacuzzi, barbecue, TV, and much more!

****A security deposit of R$ 2,500.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit amount is doubled);

*****You must submit identification documents for all guests for registration and entry authorization at the security gate/property.

*******We do not allow guest substitutions during the stay, even if the total number of people remains within the property's permitted capacity.

Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with many bars and restaurants, is a major draw of the location. All these attractions make my property an excellent choice to suit different tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.

The property is 1 km from Projeto Tamar and 5.9 km from the Sapiranga Reserve. Sabor da Vila and Souza Bar & Restaurante are also within a 5-minute drive.
