*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

**Water, electricity, and gas consumption will be charged according to consumption at the end of your stay;

***It is forbidden to use glass cups/crystal glasses in the pool and bathtub.

****A security deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);

*****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the building/reception.

Suite 3 (upper floor): 1 Queen Bed with Single Auxiliary Bed, Air Conditioning, Curtain, Blackout, Wardrobes;

Suite 4 (upper floor): 1 Queen Bed with Single Auxiliary Bed, Air Conditioning, Curtain, Blackout, Wardrobes;

Suite 5 (upper floor): 1 King Bed with Single Auxiliary Bed, Air Conditioning, Curtain, Blackout, Wardrobes, Balcony with lake view and Access to the outdoor area

In addition to everything the condominium offers (complete infrastructure, swimming pool, gourmet lounge, kids' area, party room, games room, playground, and sports courts), it also has private access to the beach, approximately a 5-minute walk away.

*A fee is required for use of the party room.
