The apartment offers a great structure for guests, with a bathroom, full American kitchen and air-conditioned living room. For rest, the apartment has a double bed, smart tv, air conditioning, fan and blackout curtain.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Reservations over 15 nights will be charged energy and water according to consumption;
***A deposit of R$700.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
The room consists of 1 double bed, split type air conditioning, fan, Smart TV, closet and blackout curtain.
Located in the neighborhood of Barra, one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Salvador, close to the Carnival circuit and the most beautiful urban beach in Salvador, Porto da Barra. Also close to Farol da Barra, where the sunset is a spectacle on its own, with even a round of applause!
The neighborhood is, without a doubt, the best to enjoy what Salvador has to offer! In it, in addition to the beach and the proximity to places of tourist interest, it also has markets, pharmacies, shopping, hospital and the best, without the need to use vehicles.
Guests will have access to the entire site and everything the building has to offer in terms of infrastructure.

1. We expect our guests to respect the rules and take good care of the property.
2. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation and we do not allow visitors.
3. We are not responsible for belongings left in the apartment or on the premises of the Building, however if found, we will be happy to return them.
4. No smoking inside the property. Only allowed in outdoor areas.
5. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.
6. Failure to comply with the rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.
**The supply of bed linen and towels is counted before and after the stay of our guests. Please, if you have taken a part by mistake, let us know for a return.**

Assim que chegamos no ap, notamos que a limpeza não tinha sido muito bem feita, o box estava sujo e tinha poeira nos móveis. Como íamos passar um mês, compramos alguns produtos de limpeza e fizemos uma faxina. tivemos problemas com a internet, mas o anfitrião foi muito prestativo e resolveu o problema, passamos o mês trabalhando e a internet estava ótima. A cozinha é bem completa, com tudo que você precisa. O AP também não tinha ferro de passar, e o anfitrião levou um para o AP. A localização é excelente, muito perto de tudo e bem seguro. Resolvendo os problemas de limpeza seria 5 estrelas!

O Apt é exatamente o que consta das fotos. Tudo novo e funcionamento. Excelente opção para o carnaval. Nenhuma reclamação a ser registrada.

Proximo de tudo e super confortavel , supermercado ao lado e a praia há uns 10min andando !

Excelente apartamento, as imagens correspondem ao local, localização muito boa, bem próximo as praias Porto da barra e farol da Barra, podendo ir a pé para as praias, supermercado praticamente ao lado do prédio, várias farmácias, restaurantes e shopping da Barra próximos. Anfitrião sempre responde prontamente. Como sugestão de melhoria poderia ter uma máquina de lavar roupas, mas estava no descritivo que não tinha, de resto só elogios ao local.

O apartamento é pequeno mais acolhedor. Tem ar condicionado na sala e no quarto. A cozinha é equipada com o básico necessário. Perto das praias do Porto e Farol da Barra.
