My space is on the ground floor and is fully furnished, with modern and cozy decor. It has a living room, full kitchen, balcony and 3 bedrooms (1 suite), both air conditioned!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

**A deposit of R$700.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite: 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain;

Bedroom: 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning;

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain.
