*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate.

***It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the reception/property;

****A security deposit of R$ 800.00 is required. It must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled).
