It has a beautiful balcony with a beer fridge and mini-bar, ideal for experiencing the best the coast has to offer. Additionally, there is a rooftop terrace with a mini-bar, wine cellar, and desk.

It boasts a great location, right on the beach in Itacimirim, in the Quinta das Lagoas Praia Condominium, with a beachfront pool.


We take care of the house with all the care and attention in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**For reservations of more than 10 nights, we charge for electricity and water consumption;

**A security deposit of R$ 800.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

3. We are not responsible for belongings left on the property or on the condominium's premises, however, if found, we will be happy to return them.

4. No smoking inside the apartment. Only allowed in the external areas of the condominium.

5. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.

6. Respect the Condominium rules. Failure to comply with these, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.
