**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate.

***A deposit of R$800.00 is required. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

****All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

The Village Verano condominium is very well located in Itacimirim, with access to the beach, children's playground, great swimming pool and many more components that make your stay incredible.
