**Water and energy consumption is charged at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send photo IDs of all guests for registration and access control at the building/reception. Upon arrival at the condominium, facial recognition registration will be required at the administration office.
