**For bookings of 15 nights or longer, utility usage will be charged separately. Water is included in the rate; electricity consumption is calculated at a flat rate of R$ 10.00 per day.

**A security deposit of R$ 500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of your booking confirmation. The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out. (For New Year’s Eve bookings, the security deposit amount is doubled.)

***You will need to provide identification documents for all guests for registration and access authorization at the property entrance.

*************Changing guests during your stay is not permitted, even if the total number of people remains within the property’s maximum occupancy limit.

5. Respect check-in and check-out times, which may be flexible and agreed in advance. If the guest checks out later than the stipulated and agreed time, a fee corresponding to half a day's stay for the period will be charged.

6. Failure to comply with the rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Condominium's Internal Regulations.

**The provision of bed and bath linen is accounted for before and after our guests' stay. Please, if you took a piece by mistake, let us know so it can be returned.**
