This bungalow is located in the Marluá condominium, which offers complete infrastructure, an outdoor pool, children's playground, gym, gourmet area, pet area, ocean views, beachfront access, and direct access to the beach.

The property comprises a beautiful living room with a mini-fridge, four comfortable, air-conditioned suites, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary items for your stay, a barbecue, an outdoor area with a private pool and outdoor furniture.

We take care of the house with all the care and attention, aiming to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;

***A security deposit of R$ 1,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the reception/property.

Suite 4 (upper floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and wardrobe.

Considered one of the best beaches on the North Coast, Itacimirim is bathed by natural pools of unusual beauty. A true preserve of peace and tranquility, it's part of Bahia's northern coastline, offering calm, warm waters that meet the Pojuca River, providing a stunning landscape to connect with nature and recharge.

In addition to its privileged location, the condominium offers excellent facilities to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable, including a beach tennis court, game room, gym, laundry facilities (use at an additional cost), and a freezer with ice (two bags available per day).

For added convenience, a golf cart is available to transport luggage from the garage to the property (check with the concierge for availability). During high season, guests can also enjoy a bar and acarajé (a type of acarajé) sold in the pool area, ensuring moments of leisure and typical Bahian flavors.
