*****A security deposit of R$1000,00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

******All guests must submit their identification documents for registration and release at the front desk/property

The room layout is as follows:

Suite 1 (Ground Floor): 1 queen bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobes;

Suite 2 (Ground Floor Outdoor Area): 1 queen bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobes;

*Suite 2 is located in the outdoor area, overlooking the pool and with an integrated kitchenette.

Living Room (Ground Floor): Single sofa bed
