Excellent apartment, bedroom and living room, located in the heart of Praia do Forte, on the main street of the village, where there are many bars and restaurants, in front of the beach and next to Projeto Tamar.
Located in Condomínio Kauai, with an outdoor pool, shared lounge, garden and free Wi-Fi, the space features an air-conditioned living room and bedroom, Smart TV, full kitchen and balcony.
We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/pr

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to get in touch with nature and relax on the beaches and pool of my space. In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strong port of location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
The apartment is 30 m from Projeto Tamar, 1.7 km from Municipal Natural Park Klaus Peters and also close to Porto Beach. The city center is 1 km away. Sabor da Vila, Souza Bar & Restaurante can also be found within a 5-minute walk.
Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 62.1 km.

2. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house or on the premises of the condominium, however, if found, we will be happy to return them.
3. No smoking inside the house.
4. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.
5. Respect the Condominium rules.
6. Failure to comply with this and other rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement super bien situé. L appartement donne sur la piscine privé de la résidence.

Es tal cual las fotos, la ubicación es inmejorable, se accede al condominio por la calle que llegas a Praia do forte, y dónde está el supermercado que a su vez es de los mejorcitos que quedan cerca. también está a tres cuadras el projecto baleia jubarte, una vez adentro del condominio llegas al complejo y el apartamento tiene salida directa a la piscina y por ese jardín una puerta que sale al costado de la iglesia del pueblo y a media cuadra del projecto Tamar y la playa. A la playa vas caminando, te ofrecen llevarte, pero se puede ir caminando por la calle o por playa. el centro de la villa también es ahí. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, la cama es cómoda, los aires funcionan a la perfección, la piscina es estupenda, fuimos con nuestro bebé, la re disfrutó. El único inconveniente en la ducha el agua salía fría, para nosotros no pasaba nada porque hacía calor, pero para el bebé estaba muy fría, enviaron gente a solucionarlo pero no estabamos. La verdad recomendable, excelente!

I chose to pay a bit extra to get a pool and close to the beach. And it was really worth it. I had a great 6 days' stay and would love to come back. It's a really nice apartment and even during Easter it was quiet and I could totally relax.
