***** A security deposit of R$ 1000.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);

****** All guests must submit their documents for registration and access control at the building/reception.
