**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water is already included in the rate; Reservations of 15 nights or more will be charged according to consumption.

**A security deposit of R$ 2500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

Suite 5 (upper floor): 1 double bed, 1 chaise lounge, split air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains, wardrobe, and dressing table.

* Bedroom 1 has access to the backyard/gourmet area and also enters through the kitchen. *

The condominium features two swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, plenty of green space (an Atlantic Forest reserve), and a 24-hour concierge. A free shuttle service is also available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.
