Duplex apartment, fully furnished, has 3 bedrooms (2 suites), full kitchen, wi-fi and balcony with hammock.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;

***A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

The rooms are composed as follows:

Suite 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, fan, blinds and smart TV;

Suite 2: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blinds and smart TV;

Bedroom 1 (mezzanine): 2 single beds and blinds.

NOTE: We have 1 double sofa bed in the living room

The name of the project, Tiê, came from a bird native to the Atlantic Forest forests and mangroves, and widely found in this region of the northern coast of Bahia.

Located in Guarajuba, one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast, excellent for getting in touch with nature!
