Wonderful luxury home, located in the Ilha dos Pássaros condominium in Praia do Forte, with excellent security and infrastructure, offering 2 swimming pools, gym, tennis court, soccer field, plenty of green space (Atlantic Forest reserve) and 24-hour security.

The property features 5 suites, all with split air conditioning. In addition, there is a spacious living room equipped with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen!


We take great care of the house with the utmost affection and attention to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*Property has support from a day laborer.

*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water is already included in the rate; Reservations of 15 nights or more will be charged according to consumption.

**A security deposit of R$ 2500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

***It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the reception/property.

The condominium features 2 swimming pools, a gym, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, a green area (Atlantic Forest reserve), and 24-hour security. It also offers a free shuttle service from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool of my property. Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of the location. All these attractions make my property an excellent choice to suit different tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.

1. Visitors are not allowed during their stay at the property.

2. We expect our guests to respect the house rules and take good care of it.

3. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

4. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house or on the condominium premises, but if found, we will be happy to return them.

5. No smoking indoors. Only allowed in external areas.

6. Respect check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and pre-established. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.

7. Respect the rules of the Condominium that will be given to you at the time of check-in.

8. Respect the rules of the Condominium, of which I highlight the item about vehicle parking:

8.1 The parking of vehicles must be carried out in the area determined for each autonomous unit, not being able to locate vehicles in the grassy part of the condominium and in other places that prevent the access of other condominium members.

9. Failure to comply with this and other rules of good coexistence, upon prior notice, will be subject to the fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.
