Great apartment, with the best location! In the heart of Praia do Forte, in front of the beach, next to Projeto Tamar and on the main street of the village, where there are many bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and markets.

The space has an air-conditioned living room and bedroom, Smart TV, full kitchen and balcony.

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Reservations over 15 nights will be charged for energy consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$700.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Living Room: 1 Double sofa bed, Split type air conditioning and blackout curtain.

The condominium features an outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge, a garden and free WiFi.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to get in touch with nature and relax on the beaches and pool of my space. In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strong port of location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.

The apartment is 30 meters from Projeto Tamar and Igreja de São Francisco de Assis, 1.7 km from Municipal Natural Park Klaus Peters and also close to Porto Beach. The city center is 1 km away. Sabor da Vila, Souza Bar & Restaurante can also be found within a 5-minute walk.

Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 62.1 km.

1. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

2. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house or on the premises of the condominium, however, if found, we will be happy to return them.

3. No smoking inside the house.

4. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-day rate will be charged for the period.

5. Respect the Condominium rules.

6. Failure to comply with this and other rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.

**The supply of bed linen and towels is counted before and after the stay of our guests. Please, if you have taken a part by mistake, let us know for a return.**
