*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge water/electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out;

**A deposit of R$900.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

The rooms are furnished as follows:

Suite 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, wardrobes;

Suite 2: 1 double bed, 1 single bed with trundle, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds and wardrobe;

Note: Suites 1 and 2 share a bathroom.
