We take care of the house with all the care and attention in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;

***A security deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the gate/property.

Suite 3 (upper floor): 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds and access to the balcony;

Suite 4 (upper floor): 1 king size bed, TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, wardrobe and access to the balcony;

Suite 5 (upper floor): 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, TV, air conditioning, curtains, blackout blinds, wardrobe and access to the balcony;

Public transportation is easily accessible. If arriving by plane, you can rent a car or use transportation platforms, requesting a ride to the airport to Guarajuba. The cost of this last option is approximately R$ 120.00. (If needed, we can recommend transfers and housekeeping services).
