Wonderful, high standard house, located in Condomínio Ilha dos Pássaros, with an excellent structure for your best season in Praia do Forte and easy access to the village, where there are several bars, restaurants and other attractions, in addition to the beach!

The accommodation consists of 5 suites, all air-conditioned, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen! In addition, a gourmet area with barbecue, a great swimming pool and an outdoor area with furniture.


We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Water and electricity consumption will be charged at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

Suite 2 (ground floor): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and smart TV with cable channels;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet, smart TV with cable channels and balcony;

Suite 4 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet, smart TV with cable channels and balcony;

Suite 5 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 double mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet, smart TV with cable channels and balcony.

Note: We have 2 bicycles available for use.


The Condominium has 2 swimming pools, tennis court, football field, lots of green area (Atlantic Forest reserve) and 24-hour concierge. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Times according to availability.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches. Furthermore, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strength of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.

Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 60 km.

1. Visitors are not allowed during their stay at the property.

2. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

3. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house or on the condominium premises, however if found, we will be happy to return them.

4. No smoking inside the house. Allowed only in external areas.

5. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-daily fee will be charged for the period.

6. Respect the rules of the Condominium, of which I highlight the item on vehicle parking:

6.1 The parking of vehicles must be done in the area determined for each autonomous unit, vehicles cannot be placed on the grass part of the condominium and in other places that make access difficult for other condominium members.

7. Failure to comply with this and other rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium

Important Notice: Prohibited the use of any fireworks and other objects that may cause fire risks in the region.

**The supply of bed and bath linen is accounted for before and after the stay of our guests. Please, if you have taken any part by mistake, let us know for a return.**

Linda casa, ampla, ventilada e com todos equipamentos necessários para uma estadia com muito conforto. Possui uma área externa excelente para uma refeição com a família / amigos. O condomínio é bem localizado (próximo à vila) e possui um ótimo clube com piscina, restaurante e parque infantil. Nossa estadia foi muito agradável, recomendo a acomodação.

Victor’s place exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do this place justice- it is perfect in every way and we could not of asked for a better house to spend with our family entertaining.
